Sauvignon Blanc

This premium Yarra Valley Sauvignon Blanc has been crafted from the finest quality Estate-grown fruit. Bright and fresh, citrus aromas with a touch of tropical fruit, this superb example of cool climate winemaking features lemony acidity, a zesty palate and rich texture courtesy of some barrel fermentation. It has been made to drink immediately.

Pinot Noir

Warm, dry conditions during a long ripening period has helped to deliver our finest example of Pinot Noir to date. This wine displays an earthy complexity with a confident fruit/oak balance and overtones of strawberry and cherry. Its gentle tannins help to deliver the elongated finish typical of well-crafted Pinots. Careful cellaring will result in improvement to the wine over the coming five or more years.

Cabernet Sauvignon

This classic Yarra Valley cabernet has been crafted using estate-grown fruit hand-picked at optimal ripeness. It displays dark liquor cherry, blackcurrant, a hint of chocolate and a warmth that fills the pallet complimenting the lingering mouth feel. This cabernet is drinking exceptionally now but will reward the collector with careful cellaring well into the next decade.

Shiraz

This is a proud example of a cool climate Shiraz. Its intense colour is indicative of a warm, dry vintage and a long period on oak. The nose displays mild pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon. The superbly balanced acids and tannins combine to deliver the longest finish. This wine will improve over the coming decade and beyond.
